Cat comes from a musical family and has been singing seriously ever since she was tapped in high school to participate in the All-State vocal group.  With her two-and-a-half octave vocal range, Cat enables Bakersfield to mine the rich female perspective of the honkey tonk tradition.

// drums, vocals

An in-demand drummer, Marc plays with several musical formations spanning multiple musical genres.  We feel fortunate to have his excellent rhythmic and high harmony skills for the  Bakersfield project.  Without Marc's aesthetic sensibilities, work ethic, and attention to detail we wouldn't sound nearly as good as we do.

// bass, vocals

Bill is a veritable encyclopedia of classic country and honky tonk tunes and has been playing this music for decades.  His bass playing and baritone vocals provide a solid foundation for the music we are tributing.  And his ear for arrangements helps us to do justice to those tunes we honor.

// lead guitar

If you want to have someone on stage channeling James Burton, Don Rich, and Roy Nichols, Rich is your man.  Over 25 years on the scene with a variety of Philadelphia bands, Rich helps keep us true to the intent of the original artist.

// pedal steel

One of the tastiest steel players in the area, Ted brings to Bakersfield a prodigious melodic ear and a consummate sense of when and when not to play.  The only challenge for us with Ted is making sure we line up our gigs before he gets grabbed by the seemingly endless stream of other artists who want him.

// keys, guitars, vocals

Mike rounds out the band's lead vocals stable and provides the quintessential honky tonk and country piano that this material demands.  He's been wanting to do this particular band for many years and is super thrilled to have his dream now come true.
